legal guidance for life.

how we can help

practice areas

Elder Law

As we age, legal, financial, and healthcare decisions become increasingly complex. We help you plan for the future, protect assets, and navigate the challenges that often accompany aging with greater confidence and peace of mind.

Special Needs Planning

Families caring for a loved one with disabilities face unique considerations. We help create legal strategies that preserve eligibility for important benefits while providing long-term financial security and support.

Long-Term Care Planning

The cost of long-term care can significantly impact a family’s financial security. We help clients proactively prepare for future care needs, protect assets, and develop strategies that support both independence and quality of life.

Estate Planning

A well-designed estate plan does more than distribute assets; it protects what matters most to you. We help clients create customized estate plans that provide clarity, minimize conflict, and ensure their wishes are carried out.

Medicaid Planning

Planning ahead can make a meaningful difference when long-term care becomes necessary. We help clients understand their options, protect eligible assets, and navigate the Medicaid planning process with confidence and compassion.

Life Transition Planning

Major life events often require important legal decisions. Whether you’re navigating divorce, widowhood, retirement, an inheritance, or other change, we provide guidance and planning strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
